This document is very important to you, so we ask that you read it carefully.

The terms and conditions ("Terms") of use apply to the use of the RECRUT.AI platform ("Service"), which provides its services through the institution RECRUT.AI PROGRAMAS DE COMPUTADOR LTDA, which is also responsible for managing the recrut.ai and jobs.recrut.ai websites.

Acceptance of these TERMS is absolutely essential for the use of the RECRUT.AI Platform and its Services. Therefore, for correct use, You must read, ensure you have understood, and accept all the conditions established in these Terms.

If you do not agree with the content in this document, we highlight that you are absolutely free to decide whether or not to use the services provided by RECRUT.AI.

All questions, requests, or notifications about this Terms of Use should be sent to meajuda@recrutai.zendesk.com or access the "Help" menu on the recrut.ai website.

DEFINITIONS

To use the RECRUT.AI Platform and Services, you must be over 18 years old. If you are under this age, you must have the consent of your parents or guardians. You must also have full capacity to enter into contracts according to the legislation of your country.

RECRUT.AI's Clients are companies that use the Platform to advertise job opportunities and find candidates willing to participate in their selection processes, with the intention of integrating them into the team or forming a talent pool for future opportunities. The vacancies will be advertised at the discretion of the Client on their Customized Career Page.

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, when we use the term "You," we are referring to Candidates and/or Users, people designated by RECRUT.AI's Clients to have access to the Platform. When we use the term "Clients," we are referring to companies that have contracted services provided by RECRUT.AI.

UPDATES

RECRUT.AI may update these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion to reflect any relevant changes in legislation or in our practices. Whenever there is a significant change, RECRUT.AI will make its best efforts to communicate with You and request a new acceptance of the most updated version.

Despite this, we emphasize that whenever You apply for any vacancy of any RECRUT.AI Client, a new acceptance of the most updated Terms of Use will be requested.

APPLICATION OF TERMS

These Terms will apply to You as soon as You apply for any of the vacancies of our Clients or start using the RECRUT.AI Platform by creating a user account. The Terms will only cease to apply if and when your account is canceled by RECRUT.AI or if there is a termination of service provision between RECRUT.AI and its Clients.

RECRUT.AI may cancel accounts and take all applicable legal measures in case of violation of these Terms by USERS.

SERVICES PROVIDED BY RECRUT.AI

RECRUT.AI offers its services to companies, Clients, looking to automate the recruitment and selection process. We are an Artificial Intelligence Platform that recruits and selects the right talent. Our services allow Clients to:

- Map the technical and behavioral profile of company positions;

- Map the technical and behavioral profile of candidates;

- Predict candidates' behaviors in the workplace;

- Conduct technical tests and behavioral assessments;

- Technical and behavioral "match" between candidates enrolled in vacancies opened by Clients and the job profile requested by the Client.

CANDIDATE AND USER INFORMATION

RECRUT.AI does not require that You, the candidate, register to apply for any vacancy of any of our Clients. Whenever You apply for a vacancy, you will need to provide the requested data and your resume.

Truthfulness of candidate data: You, when applying for any vacancy of a RECRUT.AI Client, commit to providing accurate, precise, and true information and to update your data whenever there is a change. RECRUT.AI will not be responsible for personal data entered incorrectly by Candidates, who may be civilly and criminally liable for the truthfulness, accuracy, and authenticity of the registered data.

Truthfulness of user data: You, Users, that is, a person designated by RECRUT.AI's Clients to have access to the Platform, commit to providing accurate, precise, and true information and to update your data whenever there is a change. Also, you will not share your access information to the RECRUT.AI platform with any other person. RECRUT.AI is not responsible for personal data entered incorrectly by Candidates or for sharing information, which can be civilly and criminally liable for the truthfulness, accuracy, and authenticity of the registered data.

Data sharing: Your data will be processed and stored in RECRUT.AI's database in a secure environment, observing the available technologies, and will be shared only with the Client responsible for the vacancy you applied for. The Client may not share your data with third parties – if the Client violates this rule and shares them

, it may be civilly and criminally liable for any damage caused to the Candidates. An exception to the rule occurs in cases where You apply to a Client's selection process that is a recruitment agency responsible for your placement and/or identification of talents for a third-party company, in which case the data will be shared with the company that holds the vacancy for which You applied.

We emphasize that RECRUT.AI does not share data between Clients, nor between different vacancies of the same Client. If You want to apply for different vacancies, it is necessary to make different applications.

Use of your data by RECRUT.AI: RECRUT.AI may use your data and information to compile statistics and conduct research on the labor market and target audience, always keeping your data anonymous, that is, in a way that cannot be used to identify you. RECRUT.AI may disclose and use the results of such statistics and research.

CONTENT OF THE CANDIDATE AND USER

All information, data, texts, programs, sounds, photographs, graphics, videos, advertisements, messages, and other materials sent, inserted, or displayed by the Candidate or by the Client are the sole responsibility of the author of such content.

PROFILE MAPPING AND TESTS

Each Client has the autonomy to design the recruitment and selection process according to their demand. Therefore, for some vacancies, it may be requested that the Candidate respond to technical tests and behavioral assessments.

The results of the tests will be made available only to the Clients in whose selection processes You have enrolled. These results will help the Clients to select Candidates. Any comments or recommendations made about these tests by the Client will only be accessed by the same Client and the employees designated by them for the use of the RECRUT.AI Platform.

The rules about "Data Sharing," as mentioned in item 5 above, also apply to these data.

VIDEO INTERVIEW

RECRUT.AI has its own mobile application called ENTREVIST.AI. Any and all video interviews, if requested in the selection process in which You are participating, will only occur via the ENTREVIST.AI application. For these cases, these Terms of Use also apply, although to access the application, You will need to give a new acceptance of the Terms of Use.

The videos must be recorded according to parameters and guidelines pre-established by the ENTREVIST.AI application, always available at the time when responding to the questions requested by the Client. Your videos will be available only for the vacancy of the Client you applied for.

You authorize RECRUT.AI to disclose your image, by making the recorded video available to Clients, and to process this data, through the use of artificial intelligence for a more in-depth analysis of the video.

The videos will be used only for the selection process for which it is recorded and will not be used for future selection processes for vacancies opened by other companies or Clients.

The videos, as well as any comments or recommendations made about the videos by the Client, will only be accessed by the same Client and the employees designated by them for the use of the RECRUT.AI Platform. The rules about "Data Sharing" mentioned in item 5 above also apply to these data.

INTERVIEW SCHEDULING

The Client may send to your email options for dates and times for interviews. Whenever You select one of the options, You will be entirely responsible for the choice made, with the Client responsible for confirming the appointment.

CANDIDATE AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

In using the RECRUT.AI Platform, candidates can:

- Apply for any opportunity that You are interested in;

- Share public vacancies on the Clients' career pages with other people;

- Provide truthful information;

In using the RECRUT.AI Platform, users can:

- Access information of candidates for vacancies for which the Client has designated them to manage;

- Use candidate information only for recruitment and selection purposes;

- Share public vacancies on the Clients' career pages with other people;

RECRUT.AI'S RESPONSIBILITIES

RECRUT.AI is responsible for:

- Providing a platform that uses Artificial Intelligence to assist Clients in publishing vacancies, creating talent pools, and conducting technical and behavioral ranking.

RECRUT.AI is not responsible for:

- Any content produced and published by the Clients, including career pages, open vacancies, dissemination of vacancies in channels other than the RECRUT.AI Platform;

- The truthfulness of candidate information;

- Sharing login and password information among Users. That is, people designated by RECRUT.AI's Clients to have access to the Platform are responsible for taking care of their non-transferable login and password information;

- The selection process, definition of its stages, tests, and interview model is the total responsibility of the Clients, as well as the approval or elimination of candidates for the vacancies;

- Any communication between Candidate and Client outside the RECRUT.AI Platform;

- Links to other websites (we advise reading the terms of use of other sites that You may be directed to carefully, for example, for conducting tests).

RECORDING OF BROWSING AND INTERACTION HISTORY OF USERS

RECRUT.AI may record your browsing and interaction history on the RECRUT.AI Platform, with the aim of understanding your preferences to improve the platform and create better solutions and content, as well as to meet legal and administrative needs in case of fraud or court order.

JURISDICTION

Conflicts arising from these Terms should be resolved in the Central Court of the District of RECIFE/PE.
