Key Responsibilities:

·       Execute manual test cases meticulously and conduct thorough analysis of the results to ensure optimal performance of the product.

·       Assess the product code in alignment with specified requirements and standards, focusing on performance aspects.

·       Generate comprehensive logs to document all testing phases and meticulously record any defects identified.

·       Communicate effectively with development teams, reporting bugs, errors, and performance issues promptly and comprehensively..

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Experience in stress/load testing methodologies and tools to evaluate system performance under varying conditions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in testing low-latency software and distributed systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Familiarity with Linux tools and monitoring systems to assess system health and performance metrics.
  • Good to have: Familiarity with AWS services for cloud-based performance testing.
  • Good to have: Experience in packet analysis using Wireshark/Tshark to diagnose network performance issues.
  • Good to have: Knowledge of C++ programming language and experience with tools like onload or networking analysis for in-depth performance evaluation.

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey testing results and collaborate with development teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment, adapting to evolving priorities and deadlines.

About the position:

·       Full-time job - 40h/week.

·       Independent Contractor.

·       100% Remote – Latam based.

·       Able to work on CST time zone.
