About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead projects related to international roaming services. Telecommunications industry knowledge is a differential but not pre-requisite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.  

Main Assignments:

• Manage the continuation of a brand new roaming implementation as the carrier grows, overseeing the technical implementation, vendor management and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project milestones are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other vendors to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, and report status to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the project team and stakeholders

Requirements:  

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, tools, techniques and metrics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools
• At least 4-5 years of experience
• Fluency in English to conduct meetings, and manage multicultural teams

Nice to Have:

• Experience managing agile projects in the telecommunications industry, specifically in roaming services

About the position:

• Full-time job - 40h/week.
• Independent Contractor.
• Availability to work according to EST time zone.
